We want our customers to love their purchase. However, do to the handmade nature of J'Jute we cannot accept returns do to change of mind. Returns & Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis by emailing hello@jjute.com within 3 days of delivery. If accepted, all return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We recommend reusing & taping up original packaging for the return.
