If you wish to initiate a return, kindly send us an email at: email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to confirm the return. Returns are eligible for US customers only. All International sales are Final Sale.
Our J'Jute baskets are shipped in non-resealable recyclable shipping bags, each with its own GOTS dust bag. To return the basket, please place it in its GOTS dust bag and put it back in the original shipping bag, tightly and securely taped. Alternatively, you can place the basket in a box for return. Shipping costs will be covered by the shipper, but J'Jute cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. Once the return is processed and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original credit card used for the purchase.

If approved all shipping returns & exchanges will be covered by the purchaser.
If product is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address or error on the buyers end, shipping will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will apply for receiving product back into our inventory.
If your product is damaged please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your piece. Outside of 5 business days, it is at the discretion of the J'Jute team if a damaged item will be eligible for a refund. Slight color differences, size variations, and/or slight fraying of the jute fibers on the basket will not be considered defects.
